Introduction

Welcome to Hakeem Gee (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing or using our wellness, weight loss, diabetes reversal, or mental health coaching programs (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all clients worldwide, especially from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, USA, UK, Canada, and Pakistan.

Nature of Services

Our programs are educational and lifestyle-coaching services that include:

  • Weight loss and metabolic health improvement
  • Diabetes and lifestyle reversal guidance
  • Stress, anxiety, and depression management through natural and psychological methods

We provide natural health, spiritual and herbal guidance, and holistic lifestyle coaching via online platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, or other digital mediums.
These programs are not medical treatment or prescription services and do not replace consultation with licensed physicians.

Eligibility

By registering or purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or have legal guardian consent.
  • You understand this program is educational and supportive, not a medical cure.
  • You provide accurate health and personal information for safe guidance.

Payments

  • All program fees must be paid in advance and in full before access is granted.
  • Prices may appear in USD, SAR, AED, PKR, or other local currencies.
  • Payments are accepted via approved gateways such as MyFatoorah, Payoneer, Wise, bank transfer,etc.
  • Any currency conversion or international transfer fee is borne by the client.

Refund Policy

  • We are committed to client satisfaction.
    If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your program start, you may request a partial refund under the following terms:

    • You must email a written request to support@hakeemgee.com within 7 calendar days of your program start date.
    • Refunds will be made after deducting processing charges -10% of the total paid amount
    • Remaining 90% will be refunded to the same payment method used within 7–14 working days, depending on bank or platform policies.
    • No refund will be issued after 7 days, or if you have already received personalized plans, consultations, or program access.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not apply if:

    • You completed a major portion of the program or digital materials.
    • You failed to follow the guidance, meal plans, or daily instructions.
    • You engaged in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or community members.

Community & WhatsApp Group Rules

  • Participation in our WhatsApp coaching groups or online communities is a privilege, not a right.
    To ensure a respectful and productive environment, all members agree to:

    1. Respect & Privacy – Treat all members and coaches with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
    2. Confidentiality – Do not share screenshots, messages, or personal information from the group without consent.
    3. No Self-Promotion – Advertising, product selling, affiliate links, or outside coaching is strictly prohibited.
    4. Follow Guidance – Use the group for program-related discussions only. Avoid unrelated religious, political, or commercial topics.
    5. No Spam or Repetitive Messages.
    6. Professional Conduct – Any abusive language, negativity, or violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
    7. Limited Access – Group access ends when your program duration expires (e.g., 90 or 120 days). Renewal requires new enrollment.

    Violation of these rules may lead to removal from the group and termination of access to our Services.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We protect all client information and data under applicable privacy laws.
  • We do not sell or share personal information.
  • All communication and coaching materials remain confidential between client and coach/trainer.

Disclaimer

  • Results vary depending on personal effort, health condition, and consistency.
  • We make no medical or guaranteed results claims.
  • You agree that Hakeem Gee is not liable for any indirect loss or adverse effect resulting from program use.

Intellectual Property

All content, videos, PDF’s, designs, plans, written,  and digital materials are property of Hakeem Gee.
You may not share, copy, or sell these materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Updates

We may update these Terms periodically.
